Shipping and Delivery

LightLids.com ships all orders via USPS Priority mail. Most orders ship within 2 business days. If we do not have the item in stock we will have it drop shipped from the manufacturer at no extra cost to you.
- Orders placed after 2PM will be processed the following day.
- Orders received after 12PM on Friday be processed the following Monday.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns for Refund (not exchange)
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for a refund. Returns/exchanges must be recieved withinn 30 days of original receipt.
Return Notes:
- Refunds may take up to 15 days to be processed so please be patient.
- Items must be in the original packaging. NO EXCEPTIONS. Items returned without the original packaging will be accessed a 15% re-stocking fee.
- Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances.
- Damaged items will not be accepted for return.
- You are responsible for the return shipping and insurance.
Exchanges
Size Exchanges
If you require a size exchange, please return the item in its original packaging. You must include the following information:
- Your name and address
- Your order number
- The new size you would like in exchange

We do our very best to process size exchanges as soon as possible. If the size you are requesting in exchange is not in stock at the time, you will be contacted by us either via email or telephone. We will then arrange to either:
- Give an ETA on the shipment of your exchange or...
- If you choose, we can drop ship the exchange from the distributor or manufacturer for a small fee. The exact amount of the fee is dermined by the distributor or manufacturer and you will be notified of the amount before it is shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be canceled by telephone or email if the order has not been processed by our shipping department. If the order has entered the shipping process, your only recourse is to return the order for a refund. Refund restrictions apply, see above.
Refusing a Shipment
If you choose to refuse the delivery of an order then the amount of the order will be refunded minus the shipping charges. Shipping charges are NOT refundable under any circumstances.
